“Barn Hunt” Scent Work workshop
Barn hunt is a fun dog sport to get your dog using their brains and their noses! typcially dogs will search a barn envirnoment in the search for hidden rat tubes. in this workshop, we will teach the dogs to search for scented toy rats (no real rats here!) hidden amongst hay bales and other objects. this is a great activity to test your dogs searching skills, give them lots of mental stimulation and most of all, have lots of fun!
please note, the workshop is held in our training field, not in a barn!
suitable for dogs of any age but must be fully vaccinated as the class is outdoors. the class is 1 hour long and is held outdoors at our training field at the balloon tree farm shop, gate helmsley, york. £20 per dog.

“gun dog scurry” fun class
great for gun dogs or any dog that loves to retrieve! in this class we will work towards teaching the dogs to search a area for their toy and retrieve it back to you. they will search amongst different items such as haybales, tyres

“dog parkour” activity class
Teach your dog to navigate different obstacles with cues such as “under”, “over”, “go around” and “paws up” to build confidence and connection. Dog Parkour is a great way to make adventures with your dog more interactive and fun and this class will begin to teach your dogs the skills and give you ideas to practice at home and on walks.

“tricks and treats” halloween party class
come and join our halloween party!
during this class we will do lots of fun halloween themed games and activities for you and your dog to take part in and all dogs will take home a halloween party bag.
