Please read all the information carefully. making a booking confirms you have read and understood the terms and conditions below.
Bookings
Full payment is needed to confirm your place on the class/course. You will receive a booking confirmation via email once you have successfully booked and paid.
If you are booking on a course, refunds will not be given for any classes you are unable to attend.
If you would like to cancel/rearrange your booking please contact me via email as soon as possible. Refunds will only be given if you have contacted me more than 7 days prior to the start date of your course/class.
a refund may be agreed to be given if I am able to fill the space on the course/class before it starts. No refunds will be made once the course has started.
refunds will be minus the booking fee where applicable.
If I do not receive a sufficient number of bookings for a class/course to proceed then the class/course may be cancelled or postponed. If this happens, you will be notified and a refund will be given or a credit note offered for a future class/course.
your dog
Dogs attending group classes/walks must be comfortable being around other dogs and people. Please contact me BEFORE booking on any classes/walks if your dog shows any behaviours towards other dogs or people that are a cause for concern. (aggression, nervousness, vocalisation) If you are unsure, please contact me to discuss.
If i feel that your dog is not coping emotionally or physically in the class and is finding it stressful, then i may advise that another course of training is more suitable for your dog. i understand that this can be unsetting but decisions such as this are made with the dog wellbeing in mind.
It is your responsibility to make sure your dog is under control while attending classes/walks. Please make sure that you keep your dog on a lead unless told by your trainer.
please respect the space of other people and dogs. Some dogs may not want to greet/play with other dogs so please bear this in mind when attending classes/walks.
All dogs attending classes must be fully vaccinated and up to date with their boosters. If agreed by your vet, puppies can join our indoor puppy classes.
If your dog is in season then they will not be able to attend classes. You will be able to make up the classes you may miss on a alternative class/course. Please contact me to discuss this as soon as possible.
If your dog is poorly or showing any signs of infectious diseases (kennel cough, eye infections etc) please do not bring them to classes. Please contact me as soon as possible if your dog is unwell.

If the weather is forecast to be unsafe or uncomfortable for either the dogs or owners, then your class may be cancelled or rescheduled. You will be contacted via email or text message to make you aware of this as soon as possible.
Please wear appropriate clothing when attending classes, particularly our outdoor classes. Please dress for the changing weather and wear appropriate shoes.
It is your responsibility to pick up after your dog at all venues. Please bring plenty of poo bags with you and dispose of waste in a suitable bin. These will be pointed out to you at classes.
There may be equipment present at your class venue. Please do not encourage your dog to use any of the equipment unless told to do so by your trainer.
Photos and videos can be taken of you and your dog during classes but please do not film/take photos of other people or their dogs without permission. Your trainer may take photos/videos of you and your dog during classes for promotional purposes if you have given permission for us to do so.
Children are allowed to attend classes but must be accompanied by a adult. please do not let children run around or make too much noise as this may scare the other dogs in class. children must not approach the other dogs unless permission has been given by their owner.
